However, even during working times, we were unable to get in touch with the live chat customer support. Perhaps it is a simple glitch on the website, but we were unable to get into a chat with a casino representative as the Start Chat button simply didn’t work.
We also reached out to the casino via email and, as of writing this, they still haven’t responded to our email.
